What is not in any tier

We do not sell recording platforms, badge scanners, or “engagement heatmaps.” Companion labs (Signal Atlas, After-Action Scoring) are quoted separately when a cohort needs them. VAT is added where it applies; we will say so on the invoice, not in a flashing banner.
